The Guardian
|
FEATURES:
The Guardian cabinet
is made from .125" heavy gage aluminum
extrusion with internal reinforcement at the
corners to prevent twisting or warping. The
cabinet finish is exterior grade polyester
powder. All exterior cabinet and support post
surfaces are aluminum and will never rust.
Twin
Spine
design features structural support of heavy
gage powder coated tubular steel, giving maximum
wind resistance up to 150 mph. The structural
steel frame is hidden inside. The base support
is shipped prior to the sign, allowing the
church to install the base in concrete first,
then erect the sign immediately when it arrives.
Included is a cowling and a .125" aluminum
frame.
The sign face is non breakable
Lexan®. The graphics are applied to the
inside surface using premium grade translucent
vinyl, giving maximum UV and vandalism protection.
Prior to production of a sign face, a color
drawing of the proposed sign face is submitted
to the buyer for approval.

The
message center features a factory
installed user friendly track system. A full
set of 4", 6" or 8" letters, numerals,
and punctuation marks, designed specifically
for churches and sized to the track system, is
included with each sign. Custom panels for service
times or other information are available. Vandal
guards for the message center are available.
The vandal guards totally cover
the message center, making it impossible to
insert an implement from the side to disturb
the message. The vandal guards are held in place
with tamper proof fasteners.
The electric
system of each sign is designed for
maximum efficiency and ease of access. Low temperature
ballasts are used with high output rapid start
fluorescent lamps. Ballasts are mounted away
from frame walls, and internal wiring channels
are protected by painted race way covers. The
painted race way covers also help illumination.
Florescent lamps are easily changed by removing
the retainer angle and sliding the face out.
Photocells or timers are available as an option.
All signs are UL® listed. |
